  • Centralized Heating

    • Electric FurnaceCheaper than their gas counterparts, electric furnaces have a higher cost to operate, but are quieter and have an average lifespan of 20-30 years.
    • Gas Furnace: Gas Furnaces are usually fueled by Propane or Natural Gas.  They tend to be cheaper to operate, but have a larger upfront cost, need to be maintained more regularly, and tend to have a shorter lifespan than an electric furnace.
    • Boiler: Boiler systems are a bit more expensive to maintain and install than either gas or electric forced-air furnaces, but they’re a reliable source of heat and can last for 30 years or more.
  • Baseboard Heating

Baseboard heating is ideal for older homes that don’t have existing ductwork.  It’s silent, it’s ductless, you can heat an entire home, and you have a choice of electric or hydronic units.

  • Radiant Heating

Radiant heating systems supply heat directly to the floor or to panels in the wall or ceiling of a house through radiant heat transfer.

  • Ductless Wall Mounted Heating Units

If you need to install a heating system in an expansion, or would like an alternative to adding ductwork to a room that may not have it already, a ductless, wall-mounted heating system may be the answer.

  • Humidifiers

Air conditioning tends to dry out the air in your home.  Whole-house humidifiers use water vapor to balance the moisture in the air to help prevent development of bacteria, infections, and micro-organisms.
